TRADE PRACTICES AND CONDUCT COMMITTEE (TPCC)

• TPCC or Trade Practices and Conduct Committee is the AdBoard's regulating body concerned with the CONDUCT of business and interrelations between members of the AdBoard.

FUNCTIONS OF THE TPCC

•  shall formulate, interpret and implement inter-sectoral and inter-association     agreements
•  shall also recommend new or amendatory rules and regulations
•  resolve issues and disputes
•  impose the sanctions

TPCC TECHNICAL SUB-COMMITTEE (TSC)

•  The Technical Sub-Committee or the TSC is an operating unit of the TPCC consisting     of five (5) members.
• TPCC Chairman, in consultation with the members of the TPCC, shall appoint the     members who represent at least three (3) sectors.
•  TSC Sub-Committee is appointed by the TPCC Chairman

FUNCTIONS OF THE TSC

To assist the TPCC in verifying and/ or seeking additional evidence relative to complaints cases, or as may otherwise be commissioned by the TPCC in the furtherance of case studies.
