TRADE PRACTICES AND CONDUCT COMMITTEE (TPCC)
TPCC or Trade Practices and Conduct Committee is the AdBoard's regulating body concerned with the CONDUCT of business and interrelations between members of the AdBoard.
FUNCTIONS OF THE TPCC
• Shall formulate, interpret and implement inter-sectoral and inter-association agreements
• Shall also recommend new or amendatory rules and regulations
• Resolve issues and disputes
• Impose the sanctions
TPCC TECHNICAL SUB-COMMITTEE (TSC)
• The Technical Sub-Committee or the TSC is an operating unit of the TPCC consisting of five (5) members.
• TPCC Chairman, in consultation with the members of the TPCC, shall appoint the members who represent at least three (3) sectors.
• TSC Sub-Committee is appointed by the TPCC Chairman
FUNCTIONS OF THE TSC
To assist the TPCC in verifying and/ or seeking additional evidence relative to complaints cases, or as may otherwise be commissioned by the TPCC in the furtherance of case studies.
